Fruits are deliciously sweet with hints of apricot without a bitter aftertaste. The beautiful fruits ripen when all the leaves are off the tree. The fruits are ripe in the autumn, even night frost over the fruits accelerates the ripening process. The riper the sweeter. As a rule they are picked at the end of October/beginning of November.
Partly hardy exotic fruit tree, the young shoots sometimes freeze after a hard frost, the tree itself, however, can tolerate winter well.
Jiro comes in a pot and is approximately 80cm high
