Grown with care on ample 25 hectares of its own soil
It is a hardy and vigorous rootstock that is resistant to nematodes, a type of parasitic worm that can damage tree roots. It is also tolerant of heavy clay soils, drought and can also resist root rot. This rootstock is also suitable for most peach varieties, giving the grower a wider choice. This rootstock also has a stronger growth vigour than st. Julien A but a weaker growth than for example 'Montclar'.
