This unique so-called duo apple tree produces two types of eating apples: Golden Delicious, a yellow apple, and Elstar, a red apple. By means of a traditional method of grafting – a precise manual job – we let fruit-bearing branches of two different apple trees grow on one rootstock. The apple tree therefore bears fresh green leaves of Golden Delicious on one side, and the leaves of Elstar on the other side.
