Schramas.com offers the following warranty on goods it supplies:

1. On all hardy perennials, shrubs, trees, roses and hedges that need several years to reach maturity, you have a five-year growth and flowering guarantee, if properly cared for by the buyer.
2. On all potted plants and annuals, you have a one-year growth and flowering guarantee if properly cared for by the buyer. The guarantee on these products runs from the date of purchase until the end of the product's first flowering period.
3. On all other products delivered, you have one year.

Schramas.com further guarantees the quality and/or usability of the delivered products in accordance with the specifications provided. The date on the invoice is the effective date of the warranty. If a warranty claim is accepted by Schramas.com and Schramas.com requests you to return the product(s), the return costs will be borne by Schramas.com. Any costs resulting from unsubstantiated claims will be borne by the customer.

 No claim can be made under this guarantee:

• - in case of damage resulting from deliberate, culpable or negligent treatment;
• - in case of misuse or poor maintenance;
• - during normal wear and tear;
• - if the product is damaged as a result of non-compliance with the instructions for use.

Liability

Schramas.com shall only be liable for damage to the extent the risk is reasonably insurable.

Schramas.com is not liable for damages if there is a case of own fault, culpable action, recklessness, intentional action or other behaviour or negligent action on the part of the customer as far as reasonableness and fairness permit.
