The cherry Sylvia is a large, firm, sweet cherry that is self-pollinating, but for a larger fruit harvest, cross-pollination is recommended. The tree has beautiful light pink blossoms. This cherry tree is grown on a Gisela 5® rootstock. In open ground, the cherry tree can grow up to 3.5 metres high thanks to the rootstock. Thanks to the rootstock, the tree can also start bearing fruit in the second year.
