The Rubus fruticosus Tayberry is a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry. The plant blooms with white-pink flowers in the period May-June and produces very tasty large sweet fruits, which are often not for sale. The shrub is thorny so it is advisable to wear a glove when picking. The fruits are ripe from the beginning of July.
