This month's vegetable special, two vegetables that are very much on the rise! A purple sweet asparagus that can be used unpeeled in stir-frying or in salads. Asparagus prefers a soil that is not too acidic. On clay soil, you can add sand for good drainage. They can be planted about 40 cm apart. The Yacon is a sweet tuber that does not affect blood sugar levels. Both plants have very decorative leaves.
