Actaea simplex 'Brunette', better known as Silver Sage, is an elegant perennial that reveals its beauty late in the season. With its candle-shaped inflorescences, which sometimes bloom as late as November, it brings a unique charm to the garden. This 'Brunette' variety combines creamy white flowers with deep chocolate brown to reddish leaves, making for a stunning contrast.
