This type of bamboo is clump-forming, which means that it does not spread through the garden. Fargesia can serve as an excellent separation but can also stand alone. It is winter-hardy and evergreen. This type of bamboo is also called umbrella bamboo and is extremely suitable to give your garden an exotic touch. Note: this type of bamboo can easily grow to 3.5 meters.
