Rovada is one of the best currant varieties at the moment. Rovada ripens late (end of July/beginning of August) and produces long bunches of shiny red berries. This shrub produces on both 1- and 2-year-old wood. We recommend that you protect the plants from birds by the time the berries are ripe. This large plant is supplied in a 3-litre pot.
