Originating from Mexico, this compact shrub is related to citrus and stays green in winter.
The narrow, deeply incised leaves are very decorative and smell somewhat spicy. From June, this shrub is in bloom with white, star-shaped flowers that smell deliciously sweet.
The plant should be protected from severe frost in winter. Choisya is very suitable as a tub plant on terrace, conservatory and balcony.
