De Rubus Ideaus ‘Polka’ Rode frambozenstruik is een fruitstruik waarmee u eetbare vruchten en extra variatie aan de tuin toevoegt. De struik is geschikt voor een eetbare border, moestuin, kleine boomgaard of, afhankelijk van het ras, een ruime pot.

Fruitstruiken nemen relatief weinig ruimte in en zijn eenvoudig te combineren met andere bessen, kruiden en vaste planten. De frambozen hebben een unieke en zoete smaak. Desondanks dat de frambozenstruik niet doornloos is, is de struik slechts licht bedoornd.

Location and care:

Zet de framboos zonnig of in lichte halfschaduw, in voedzame en vochthoudende grond. Geef bij droogte regelmatig water en leid lange scheuten langs draad of een steun. De juiste snoei hangt af van het type zomer- of herfstframboos; verwijder in ieder geval afgestorven stengels.

The plant is supplied in a nursery pot of approximately 2 litres. The delivery height stated is approximate and is measured including the pot.

Make the planting hole large enough, plant the plant at roughly the same depth as in the nursery pot, and water generously after planting. In hot or dry weather, it is important to water extra until the plant has become well established.
