The Kordia cherry is one of the most popular cherry varieties in the Netherlands and Belgium.
This tree produces large, dark red to almost black cherries with a firm bite and intensely sweet flavour.
Perfect for eating fresh, using in cakes or for preserving.

Assembling the leirek is easy and takes only 15 minutes.
Attach the bamboo sticks with the tyraps provided, tie the rack to the tree with the binding tube - and your espalier is ready!

Care & pitch

The Kordia cherry tree likes a sunny, sheltered spot with well-drained soil.
Prune the tree immediately after harvest to maintain its shape and encourage new shoots.
With the included leirek, the tree grows nice and flat, making picking and pruning extra easy.
